Meet our team!

Alex Boross-Harmer (they/them)

License #15481 College of Kinesiologists Ontario.

Alex is a registered kinesiologist with a background in health psychology and is a masters of social work candidate at the University of Toronto. Alex is also the founder of ABH Movement Inc. During their decade of coaching all over Toronto and many years of personal therapy, Alex realized that there is a missing link between fitness for your body and emotional fitness. Physical movement can be good for you, but it is not always psychologically (or physically) safe, accessible, or mindful for all folks. Their mission is to bridge the gap between physical therapy and psychotherapy, and create opportunities for folks to connect with their full selves without shame, judgement, or feelings of not-enough-ness.

Alex also identifies as autistic, non-binary, and trans, and brings these identities to the table in their coaching work. Alex holds a belief that peoples’ values and identities cannot be separate from the work they do, and thus provides coaching that is neurodiverse and informed by queer theory. Alex works with folks from all walks of life, and is committed to learning from and with you.

Caleigh Walker (she/her)

Caleigh is a deeply genuine, kind, and real human (and coach) currently on her own growth journey. She values mindful movement that not only gives you joy, but helps you navigate the struggles of dealing with physical injuries. After experiencing a number of injuries herself, Caleigh is passionate about offering coaching that focuses on solid technique, self-compassion, and finding modifications specific to meet YOUR needs. Caleigh teaches group classes and offers 1:1 training, and especially loves working with those newer to fitness or who thrive with a softer approach to coaching.

Li Rinne-Mignotte (they/them)

Li is an awkward perfectionist actively working to embrace the awkward and shuck the perfectionism through oft painful self-exploration facilitated by music, exercise endorphins, road trips, and at-home karaoke (oh, and an amazing therapist).  They have a Masters in Business Administration and an honorary degree in all things Harry Potter. Li started regularly working out as a distraction and release from depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, grief, and trauma. They hope to bring empathetic movement to humans like them who would not otherwise have access to or thrive in traditional fitness settings.
