Using a mental health focused and trauma-informed fitness philosophy, we hope to change the traditional fitness model by providing a safe space for all types of folks to move their bodies without fear of judgement or shame.
We use empathetic, non-triggering language, offer lots of modifications, and fully encourage people to lie down on the floor or leave the class altogether if you just aren’t feeling it that day.
